Wardley House is situated in the beautiful Rutland countryside, 2 miles to the west of Uppingham, bordering on rural Leicestershire. The Grade 2 listed property and large private grounds have outstanding views over the Eyebrook Valley with its unspoiled patchwork of fields.
There are three self catering cottages with exclusive access to the private pool house, and tennis court. The en suite bedrooms have king size beds with the option of twin or link. The cottage sleeps 7, the long barn 4 and the pool house if more accommodation is needed sleeps 4. The property is ideal for family parties and for celebrations. Every cottage has free WiFi access to the Internet.
All the cottages are within gated and fenced grounds with plenty of parking space. The location provides excellent access to the surrounding countryside by car, on foot or horseback.
Uppingham is a small market town with antique shops, book shops and art galleries.
Lovely Stamford is a half hour drive away and Rutland Water is a 10 minute drive. You can cycle, fish, sail and bird watch around the Water.
